Max Power Repairs Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the GymTechnicians.store website (the “Service”).   • Shipping providers: common carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight companies) receive your name, shipping address, and phone number to deliver products.
  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools that process data on our behalf under written agreements.
  • Legal compliance: we may disclose your information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid request by public authorities, or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of our users.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, our Service does not currently respond to them. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”), and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
