This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. This policy is designed to comply with the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), the Federal Trade Commission Act, and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined by the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or other state privacy laws. We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients:
- Payment processors: Stripe, Square, and PayPal, to process payments for your orders under their respective privacy policies.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected Florida residents as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171).
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. Florida residents have specific rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. § 501.71 et seq.):

7. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”), and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
8. Retention of Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements under Florida and federal law, and to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party sites, including Amazon.com for affiliate-recommended products. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every third-party site you visit.
